Supreme Court Denies City of Seattle Writ of Certiorari on Rutherford v. McKissack

In an article for the WSAJ Trial News, Jay Krulewitch and Michael Kolker discuss their appellage victory in Rutherford v. McKissack which occurred when the City of Seattle’s Petition for Certiorari was denied by the U.S. Supreme Court.  As mentioned in the article, kudos to Leonard Feldman and Sara Berry, with Stoel Rives, who were the lead appellate counsel on this case after the City had appealed the One Dollar Verdict obtained at the trial level before the Honorable Marsha Pechman in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington.
